Yes. A microphone and a laptop or phone connect at the same time, and switching between them is easy.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially in December and before holidays when there are many corporate events.

Can we have a sound engineer as well?

If you need someone on site to run the sound, tell us when you book and we will arrange it.
